Current ordering process
The website accepts non-binding enquiries. Submitting the form or opening an enquiry email does not create an order or payment obligation. We confirm the product, file language, company and location, total amount including any applicable taxes, payment instructions and delivery timing in writing before you decide whether to order.
Product and delivery
The Frontline Onboarding System is offered at an introductory price of CHF 249 for one complete language version, English or German. It contains four editable Word documents and one Excel workbook: manager guide, employee workbook, role modules, scenario library and progress tracker. There is no subscription. Delivery is currently arranged by email after the order and payment arrangements are confirmed; instant download is not available.
Company licence
The proposed licence covers internal use and adaptation by one company at one location. Employees at that location may use the materials for onboarding. Resale, public distribution, sublicensing and sharing the source templates with other companies are outside this licence. Please contact us about additional locations. The licence and any exceptions are confirmed with the order.
Review and adaptation
The purchasing organisation reviews and approves internal procedures, permissions, technical content, safety rules and escalation paths before use. The materials provide an organisational framework and do not replace mandatory training or professional advice. There is no guaranteed business outcome.
Problems and questions
Please contact contact@shaqiriadvisory.ch if files are missing, damaged or do not match the agreed description. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any agreed cancellation or refund terms will be supplied before purchase.
Governance pilot
A Learning Governance Pilot is a separate advisory engagement. Scope, approved inputs, timing, outputs and fee are agreed in writing before work begins.
